What exactly is Fruvvi?
Fruvvi is a managed digital infrastructure platform. We build WhatsApp‑first storefronts, automation workflows, AI copilots, and custom dashboards for small to medium businesses. Unlike a DIY website builder, we do all the setup, hosting, and ongoing support – you focus on selling.
Is Fruvvi only for WhatsApp businesses?
Not at all. While our core strength is WhatsApp‑integrated storefronts, we also build traditional websites, automation systems, AI assistants, internal dashboards, and even custom applications. If your business needs a digital system, we can help.
How much does Fruvvi cost? (India & USA)
India: Starter (₹0 trial), Basic ₹499/month, Pro ₹1,499/month, Custom from ₹5,999+.

Is there a free trial? How long?
Yes – a 14‑day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, you get full access to Pro features. At the end, you can choose a paid plan or the store will be deactivated automatically. No surprises.
Do I own my store’s source code?
Not automatically. Standard plans (Starter, Basic, Pro) give you a managed storefront – you don't receive source code. However, under our Custom plan + Source Code Ownership Transfer Agreement, you can purchase full ownership. Pricing starts from ₹20,000 (India) or $200 (international) one‑time. This includes the right to self‑host, modify, and even redistribute (non‑exclusive). Read more →
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, custom domains are supported in Basic, Pro, and Custom plans. You can either purchase a domain yourself and point it to Fruvvi (we provide DNS instructions) or ask us to buy and manage it for you (additional cost). Fruvvi subdomains (yourbrand.fruvvi.com) are always included for free.
How do WhatsApp orders work?
Customers browse your product catalog on your storefront. When they click “Order via WhatsApp”, a pre‑filled message with product name, quantity, and customer details opens on WhatsApp. The customer just sends it – you receive a structured order summary. No payment processing is handled by Fruvvi; you collect payment separately (UPI, bank transfer, COD, etc.).
What kind of support do I get?
All plans include standard support via WhatsApp and email (response within 24 hours on working days). Pro and Custom clients receive priority support (faster responses, dedicated channel). Support covers technical issues, product updates within plan limits, and hosting questions. Business strategy, marketing, or third‑party domain issues are not covered.
What is your refund policy?
Activation fees are non‑refundable once setup begins. Monthly subscriptions are non‑refundable after billing, but you can cancel anytime. Annual subscriptions have a prorated refund within the first 30 days (minus a ₹500/$10 admin fee). Free trial requires no payment. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Do I need technical skills to use Fruvvi?
No. Fruvvi is a managed service. We build and maintain everything. You provide your product list, brand assets, and revision requests. We handle all the technical work – hosting, security, updates, backups. It's like having a dedicated tech team for a fraction of the cost.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All fees are clearly listed on our Pricing page. What you see is what you pay, plus applicable taxes (GST for India, local taxes for other countries). We don't charge for bandwidth, storage, or visitors. Custom projects are quoted upfront before work begins.
Can I migrate my existing website to Fruvvi?
Yes, we can help migrate your product data and content from most platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Instagram catalogs, manual spreadsheets). Migration complexity may affect pricing – please contact us with details for a custom quote.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply email us at support@fruvvi.com or send a WhatsApp message. Provide your business name and request cancellation. We require 15 days' notice for monthly plans, 30 days for annual plans. No long‑term contracts – you can cancel anytime.

Is Fruvvi secure? Do you offer SSL?
Absolutely. All storefronts come with free SSL certificates (HTTPS) and are hosted on secure infrastructure with daily backups, DDoS protection via Cloudflare, and regular security updates. Your customer data (and your business data) is encrypted in transit. We follow industry best practices.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime – the new price will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle (to prevent data loss). Contact support to request a plan change.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
You have 30 days after cancellation to request a one‑time export of your product data (CSV) and images (archive). After that, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems. Backups may be retained for up to 30 additional days for disaster recovery, but no longer.
Do you build AI chatbots and automation?
Yes – we build custom AI agents (copilots) and automation workflows. These can handle lead qualification, customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and even internal data processing. Pricing depends on complexity. Contact us for a free consultation.
